This facility is being expanded by our one of our (EPC) Teams. Tires are shredded and turned into valuable products via Patented Pyrolysis equipment: Bio-diesel, Electricity, Hydrogen, Graphene. The facility uses continuous pyrolysis to break down rubber from old tires into substance such as gas, oil and recovered Carbon Black (rCB). The recycled materials obtained are reused: in the manufacture of textiles, new tires, rubber components, plastics, steel or aviation fuel. This facility has recycled around 70,000 tons of old tires since 2020.
