At Innovated Energy, we believe in a world where industrial waste is not just managed, but transformed into valuable resources for a sustainable future. This facility is being expanded by our one of our (EPC) Teams. Tires are shredded and turned into valuable products via Patented Pyrolysis equipment: Bio-diesel, Electricity, Hydrogen, Graphene. The facility uses continuous pyrolysis to break down rubber from old tires into substance such as gas, oil and recovered Carbon Black (rCB). The recycled materials obtained are reused: in the manufacture of textiles, new tires, rubber components, plastics, steel or aviation fuel. This facility has recycled around 70,000 tons of old tires since 2020.

These facilities convert municipal and industrial waste into energy, reducing landfill use and generate power that is feed into the grid. One by-product of the pyrolysis process is Bio-diesel which fuels airplanes and trucks. Many Waste-to-Energy power stations, have capacities of at least 100 megawatts. Hydrogen is produced from electrolyzers installed inline. Char is a by product of the Pyrolysis process and is used to manufacture Graphene, for a variety of uses.
